To confirm the reservation of the house, the customer must make a bank transfer of 30% of the total amount and send proof of payment via email to esmorer@yahoo.es.

The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of arrival upon key handover, along with the "Ecotax"* to the house. It is also required to register an ID, identification card, or passport for each person.

In the case of a cancellation, the 30% deposit of the total amount is non-refundable unless other clients book the apartment for the same dates.

The price includes bed linen and a set of towels per person. For stays of 6-7 days, the towels will be changed in the middle of the week. For stays longer than 9 days, an additional change of bed linen and towels is included in the price.

*In accordance with the government of the Balearic Islands, the "Ecotax" is applied: The first 8 days of the stay cost 2.20 € per day per person (for guests aged 16 and over), and from the 9th day, it is reduced to 1.10 € per person per day.
